The story is spectacular, the soundtrack is awesome, the game is visually stunning, each environment is full of detail, and you have a lot of optional actions and stuff to see, that are just there to add a little bit to the enjoyment and world-building. I'm an avid indie game player, and this is superb when compared to almost any indie game I have ever played. Well, I think this game is usually not measured by the same standards as most games are. O.O!! OMG! How can this be? How can someone like the third one more than the others, when sooo many people say this is crap and the others are masterpieces? Sacrilege! Some of those options were implemented on the second one, and so I ended up liking that one fine. I didn't really get to like the first one, because, being a frequent player of adventure point & click games, I think it lacks a lot of simple but important gameplay options that really matter for enjoying the game (and not getting bored in the process). This means that I don't have any "nostalgia goggles" affecting my evaluation of them. I played Syberia 1, 2, and now 3 for the first time, this very year. I think that this game is terribly underrated.
